Responsible for processing incoming paperwork and material regarding human resource functions supported by the HROC.
Processing paperwork includes attributing team member numbers to scanned documents, auditing Employment Eligibility Verification documentation and keying general deductions.
The Process Specialist is required to maintain performance production standards.

1) Audit and update incoming HR documents ensuring that each is complete.
2) Verify team member information
3) Utilize the on-line resources and process pages for fast, accurate information regarding job functions and procedural changes.
4) Maintain performance standards, both in production and quality of service.
5) Serve as a resource to other process team members
